Rising 150 metres above Marasi Bay, VELA, developed by OMNIYAT and envisioned by Gilles&Boissier, brings together 38 exceptional residences, three penthouses and a spectacular Sky Palace. Conceived as an architecture of contrasts between city and water, the project explores light, material and depth to create a sculptural residential experience.
