Rising 180 meters above Marasi Bay, VELA Viento—designed by Foster + Partners and featuring interiors by Gilles & Boissier—comprises two slender towers elegantly connected, housing 95 exceptional residences. The project explores the tension between grounding and lightness, between earth and wind, to offer an open and airy residential experience.
Through its location at the heart of the waterfront and its direct dialogue with the Burj Khalifa, VELA Viento asserts a vertical presence that captures the views and magnifies the landscape. The extensively glazed facades and open-plan volumes extend the perspectives, while the vast landscaped terraces create a natural continuity between interior and exterior.

Through its double-height spaces, suspended areas, and taut lines, the architecture becomes a structure of light and breath, where each residence becomes a living belvedere. VELA Viento thus offers an amplified vision of contemporary life, where space, air, and light create a subtle balance between power and fluidity.
