From the moment they enter, visitors are immersed in the gentle atmosphere of the Mediterranean coast. Green marble recalls the reflections of turquoise water in a rocky cove. Overhead, beams punctuated with raffia inserts echo the travertine and Calacatta Oro marble flooring. Together, these elements create a luminous and warm setting, like a fragment of the Riviera transported to the heart of Dubai.
Materials, a signature of the Gilles&Boissier language, structure the space and guide the flow of movement. Wood, stone and natural fibres form a Mediterranean palette where light plays across surfaces and textures. The restaurant becomes an interior landscape, evoking the spirit of the great houses of the South, open to the sea and bathed in sunlight.
