Free contests are authorized as long as there is no purchase obligation to participate. The terms are fair, clear, non-deceptive, and chances of winning are equitable. The rules precisely specify participation terms, duration, conditions, selection criteria, prizes and attribution.

2. Participation conditions

Opening dates: From October 20th, 2025 at 10:00 AM to November 10th, 2025 at 11:59 PM (Paris time).

One entry per person.

No purchase necessary to participate in this contest. There is no purchase obligation during the exclusive appointment.

3. How to participate

How to register: Online registration via a QR Code available at Bon Marché and on our website.

Required form fields:

• First and last name
• Email
• Phone
• Budget (range)
• Project description (desires, needs, inspirations)
• Type and number of rooms to furnish (living room, dining room, office, bedroom...) with G&B furniture
• Postal address

4. Winner selection / Selection criteria

The eight selected applications will be chosen based on careful assessment of:

• Relevance of the proposed project
• Its feasibility
• Its aesthetic qualities

Each project will be evaluated for its accuracy and resonance with the Gilles & Boissier universe: balance of volumes, harmony of materials and vision faithful to the House's spirit.

Results announcement: Selected individuals will receive an email on November 14th, 2025 at 10:00 AM. They will then need to schedule their appointment date with Dorothée Boissier.

Non-selected projects: Each participant will receive a personalized response. Non-selected projects may lead to another appointment at the avenue Montaigne showroom with the showroom director.

5. Prizes / Appointments

Selected individuals will have the privilege of a thirty-minute exclusive appointment with Dorothée Boissier, to discuss their project at the heart of Bon Marché House.

On this occasion, they will receive the perfect G&B decorator's kit:

• A G&B notebook
• A pencil
• Our catalogues
• A G&B bookmark

Available dates: Thursdays 11/20, 11/27, 12/4, 12/11/2025
Time slots: 10:00–10:30 AM or 11:00–11:30 AM
Total: 8 appointments (2 per morning)

6. Appointment procedures

Contact: Winners will be contacted by email according to the communicated schedule.

In case of withdrawal: If a winner declines or does not show up, another appointment will be scheduled at the avenue Montaigne showroom with the showroom director, without Dorothée Boissier.

7. Personal data / Privacy (GDPR)

Collection purposes:

• Contest management
• Candidate selection
• Contact and follow-up with participants
• Promote our Design Service at our Bon Marché booth
• Commercial prospecting (only with your explicit consent)

Legal basis for processing: Consent for personal data and contract execution (contest participation).

Data collection: We only collect data strictly necessary for managing this operation. Consent must be free, informed and unambiguous: an unchecked checkbox to consent to data processing.

Your rights: In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the following rights:

Retention period: Data will be kept until appointment attribution and a few weeks after, then will be deleted or anonymized, except in case of explicit consent for commercial prospecting (newsletter, offers).

Security: We ensure your data security through protected servers and appropriate encryption measures.

Third-party transfer: If your data is transferred to service providers for database management, we ensure they comply with GDPR.

Important: Contest participation is not conditional on accepting commercial communications. Your consent for prospecting is separate and optional.

8. Responsibilities / Force majeure

The organizer reserves the right to cancel, extend or modify the contest in case of unforeseen events or force majeure, without liability.

The organizer disclaims any responsibility in case of technical problems, bugs, fraud, or any other incident beyond its control.

9. Rules acceptance / Applicable law / Disputes

Acceptance: Participating in the contest implies unreserved acceptance of these rules.

Applicable law: These rules are subject to French law.
