Faithful to the Art Deco architecture of the Palais de Chaillot, the venue rediscovers the elegance of the 1930s in a setting where heritage and modernity engage in dialogue. Between noble materials, graphic lines and spectacular views over Paris, the restaurant becomes a contemporary showcase dedicated to the Parisian art of living.

Reimagined across its 500 m², the space is organised around open volumes and a mezzanine conceived as a private lounge. The impressive ceiling height inspired the creation of a monumental brushed black oak frieze that envelops the room and structures the perspective.
The décor plays on a dialogue of materials and textures. The Art Deco motif of the carpet echoes the marble and wood screens, while the green velvet seating, adorned with a yucca leaf pattern, recalls the verdigris bronze of the sculpture Hercules Taming the Cretan Bull by Albert Pommier, visible outside.
Tables with white or grey-veined marble tops, beige or deep brown leather seating, stained ash wood, patinated brass wall lights, sanded cedar, oiled oak flooring and linen curtains create a landscape of noble materials. All of the furniture, custom-designed by Gilles&Boissier, gives the space an elegance that is both timeless and contemporary.
A natural extension of the restaurant, the private terrace opens onto a spectacular panorama: the Trocadéro gardens, the Parisian sky and the silhouette of the Eiffel Tower form a unique setting where the culinary experience meets one of the most breathtaking views in the capital.
